Our faculty follows these goals :
1 - Develop and provide university-level theological education in Biblical Studies, systematic theology, church history, pastoral disciplines, counseling, and related areas that is rooted in the Scriptures, compatible with the Reformed and Evangelical traditions, and sensitive to cultural background.
2 - Integrate and maintain all aspects of formation necessary to preparation for Christian ministry (spiritual, academic, pastoral, vocational and professional) so that graduates can serve the Church of Christ and participate, actively, humbly, and effectively in the advancement of God's kingdom in the world.
3 - To contribute as much as possible, in partnership with the Church, to its work of training, whether locally, regionally, nationally, or internationally.
4 - Meet the needs of a diverse evangelical constituency by offering training programs tailored to confessional particularities while maintaining the unity of the body of Christ.
5 - Develop Christian perspectives in all fields of knowledge that the biblical message addresses, whether personal, social and cultural, in order to be an evangelical voice in the ethical and socio-cultural debates of our time.
